How can I book an appointment?
To schedule a general consultation for your wedding or session, get to know us, or clarify any concerns, you can contact us through our website. At the end of the “Home” section, you’ll find a link that will take you directly to our appointments page. If you prefer, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email.
How can I reserve the date?
If you have already decided on the date of your wedding or the date on which you would like to have the session, and after clarifying any doubts, we will formally reserve your date with a payment of 50% of the quoted value.
How far in advance should I reserve my date?
As long as we have a schedule available for your wedding or session, there will be no issues due to late booking. However, we recommend that you make your reservation once you’ve decided on the date you need. This way, we can guarantee the delivery of our service and prepare it in the best possible way.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes. We want to give our work a unique touch. That’s why all our photos are delivered retouched, improving their appearance and correcting any necessary details.
How can I choose the photos I want?
Whether it’s a pregnancy, personal, corporate, or family shoot, we’ll share a link with thumbnail photos so you can view and choose. For weddings and pre-weddings, we deliver all the material because we don’t want you to miss out on the details you saw and didn’t see of your special day.
How long will it take to see my photos?
If your event is a wedding, you’ll expect your final photos between two and four weeks afterward. For maternity sessions, pre-wedding sessions, and family sessions, the turnaround time will be one week. Physical products, such as books and prints, will be delivered at least one week after digital photos.
Do you include costumes in the sessions?
We want you to dress however you feel most comfortable and how you feel about yourself. That’s why we prefer that your wardrobe be of your own free choice.
How should I dress for the session?
We love that our clients feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. That’s why you can come to your session dressed in the most comfortable way possible that best represents you. We recommend using neutral colors and avoiding prints, logos, or overly flashy designs.
I don’t know how to pose. Will you help me?
Don’t worry. We love being able to accompany you in the process of creating your photos from the beginning. That’s why we will guide you through each of the photos, we will give you tips that you can replicate throughout the session and feel more confident. We want the photos to reflect who you are and how you felt at that moment.
Can I include my pet in the session?
We love pets, however we prefer that the photo space be just for you and the people who will be accompanying you.
What happens if I suddenly can’t attend the session?
We understand that sometimes unforeseen events and things happen outside of our control. Just let us know at least two days in advance and we’ll reschedule your session based on both of your availability.
Do you provide refunds in case of cancellation?
No, but we want your experience with us to be simple and stress-free. That’s why we offer you the option to reschedule your session or event. If you wish, you can transfer your reservation to an acquaintance, friend, or family member who can take advantage of the session, maintaining the previously agreed-upon conditions.
Do you do works outside the city?
Of course. We’ll work out any travel expenses when we get in touch.
